Frank Joseph Mascetti, Jr. was born in Baltimore, Maryland, 1957. After receiving his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1980 from the University of Maryland, College Park, he worked at Westinghouse near the Baltimore Washington International airport. He relocated to South Florida in nineteen eighty-one, and has been a proud resident of Boca Raton, Florida since nineteen eighty-four. He has had his own business for thirty years which represents electronics assembly and inspection equipment. Frank’s strongest passions include his two children, his business, his community and his country.
